East Meck's Abernathy Receives Liz Murray Scholarship Award from Hood Hargett Breakfast Club

The Hood Hargett Breakfast Club (www.hoodhargettbreakfastclub.com) presented a $1,000 scholarship to Christine Abernathy at its October meeting as part of the Liz Murray Scholarship Award. Abernathy was honored by owner Chuck Hood and emcee Mark Packer at the breakfast, which featured as its speaker GE executive Lloyd Trotter.
