A scooter-riding Mickey Rourke was arrested for driving under the influence in Miami Beach early Thursday. Rourke was arrested at 4:20 a.m Friday and spent several hours at the Miami-Dade County Jail, according to the police report. Miami Beach police officer P. Socarras described Rourke as having "a flushed face, bloodshot watery eyes, slurred speech and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath."
